1. Agreement & User Eligibility

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Crow Fx platform ("Crow Fx"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding financial agreements.

2. Account Registration & Compliance

Users must provide accurate, truthful, and updated registration details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, session tokens, and passwords.

• KYC verification may be mandated prior to executing large withdrawals in accordance with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards.
• One individual is permitted to operate only one main user account. Operating multiple accounts to exploit referral programs or bonus structures is strictly prohibited.

3. Investment Plans & Yield Operations

Upon activating an investment plan (Starter, Professional, Executive, Institutional), capital is committed for the specified duration (15 or 20 days). Daily percentage returns are calculated automatically and credited to your account balance every 24 hours. Principal capital is unlocked upon completion of the agreed term duration.

4. Deposits, Payouts & Wallet Destinations

All deposits must originate from crypto wallets or payment sources under your control. Withdrawals are processed via automated payout gateways to the destination blockchain address specified by the user. Crow Fx is not liable for loss of funds caused by user specification of incorrect wallet addresses.

5. Prohibited Conduct & Account Suspension

Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of fraudulent gains, and report to relevant regulatory authorities.

6. Limitation of Liability & Amendments

Crow Fx shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from market volatility, internet service disruptions, or third-party blockchain network delays. We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time with prior public notice on our platform.
